I could tell you at length how I practice or what therapy means to me. However, the truth is that this is your therapy, your counselling. Your journey matters. I will hold the space for you to drive the work, and I will simply help navigate. I will support you and challenge you through the struggles you face, and we will work together during our time to reach your destination. It takes a lot to decide you need help or want to talk to someone and so the fact you are looking at this website is a positive step that not everyone feels they can take. Talking is hard, looking for help is brave, just keep going.
I can support you through a range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, relationships, trauma, life changes and more. I have worked extensively with parents who have lost children. I want to work with you even if you are unsure what you need, but you feel something is missing, feel stuck or looking to regain some control in your life.
Struggle, change and even life can be hard. So, whether we work online or even in your own home I will be with you through those hard turns of your life you feel you need help with or a need to better understand. We can often feel we are on that journey by ourselves but there is no need to do it alone. I work in and around the Walton-on-Thames, KT12 area.
