Clients often come to me with anxiety, low self-esteem, or difficulties in their relationships or sexual lives. I also work with people who are neurodivergent, disabled, or caring for others, as well as those who have faced discrimination and its emotional impact.
I support clients in building self-compassion, to support healthier relationships with themselves and others.
I'm a HCPC registered psychologist, offering sessions online. I draw on psychodynamic theory in my practice. This means we might spend time exploring your present-day concerns, as well as events or relationships from your earlier life. We'll explore how your past may have influenced you, identifying how you can move forward.
