I offer a supportive, creative and honest environment to explore what it is like being you. Whether it's anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or something you don't have a word for yet, what's really important in therapy is the relationship that we build together. We'll work collaboratively to find an approach to therapy which works for you. While I work with a wide range of conditions or concerns, I have particular experience working alongside neurodiverse clients, people with disabilities/ health conditions and gender, sexuality and relationship diversity.
I'm a BACP registered therapist, offering sessions online. I draw on psychodynamic and person-centred theory in my practice. This means we might spend time discussing present-day concerns, as well as events or relationships from your earlier life. We'll explore how your past may have influenced you, identifying how you can move forward.
