I support anyone who's trying to better their situation, level up, and break new ground. I specialise in working with those who are aware that things need to change, and want to create a vision of the life they want to live. Together, we explore what’s going on, where you want to be, and most importantly- how to move forward!
I work in a client-lead and solution-focused way. I will work with what you bring, and at your pace. But be prepared to be challenged! I always think the best use of the time and space is to be held accountable for the commitments you make to yourself, to ensure you stay on the right path and show up for yourself. I offer a free 20 minute consultation.
I currently offer sessions online and face to face in Shepton Mallet. In the free consultation you will have space to discuss what is on your mind, what your hopes for the future are, and for us to jointly think about a way to transition from where and who you are to where you wish to be in life- more grounded, in control, and peaceful.
