Hello and welcome. I am an integrative psychotherapist working in North Brighton and online. I studied a range of different modalities including: humanistic, relational, psychodynamic, person-centred and body psychotherapy. I have also trained in attachment-focussed EMDR and bilateral stimulation to support recovery from trauma.
