My approach is particularly supportive for people dealing with health-related sexual concerns - such as erectile dysfunction, hormonal changes, chronic pain conditions, or the sexual impacts of illness, medication, or surgery. I have a special interest in hormonal health and have worked closely with many men experiencing erectile dysfunction. I understand the complex emotional and physical impact it can have. Whether you’re feeling disconnected from your body, struggling with low desire, dealing with performance anxiety, or healing after injury or illness, I provide a non-judgmental space to explore and move forward at your pace.
 I offer warm, evidence-based psychosexual therapy for individuals and couples navigating challenges around intimacy, desire, and sexual function and wellbeing. With a background in nursing, sexual health, and clinical sexology, I understand how physical ill health, ageing, trauma, and emotional stress can deeply affect our sexual selves and relationships.
I work affirmatively with all genders, sexualities, and relationship styles, and I’m committed to making therapy safe, effective and inclusive.
