Therapy can offer a space to slow down and begin to explore your experiences with the support of a trusted relationship. It is a place where you can speak freely, reflect, and be met with care and understanding. There is no single “right” reason to start therapy - you might come with something specific, feel overwhelmed by several things at once, or simply sense that something in your life needs attention. Wherever you find yourself, we can begin there.

As a person-centred therapist, I believe that each person has their own inner resources to support their growth. Rather than direct or judge, I listen deeply and work alongside you as you determine what matters most in your life. I aim to create a supportive relationship where you feel able to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace.
