Whether or not you personally use the term "trauma", you might feel or wonder if you’re carrying elements of pain and difficulty from your past. You may feel unable to set boundaries, and end up people-pleasing, resentful, or emotionally exhausted. Perhaps you reach burnout because you often prioritise everyone else’s needs above your own. Often my clients find themselves saying “yes” when you really want to say “no” or carrying negative relationship patterns from earlier experiences.
I specialise in helping people who are functioning on the outside but feel strained on the inside and may be in fact struggling to cope.
I adapt to what you actually need - Some people need to understand why they keep repeating the same patterns. Others need practical tools to help them get through the day. Some need to process specific experiences they've never talked about.
You stay in control - You're never pushed to share more than you're ready for.
