I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can speak freely and access the support you deserve. My approach centres on developing a collaborative relationship, where we work together to make sense of your experiences and concerns with mutual understanding and respect. You are the expert on your own life. My role is to support your journey using evidence-based strategies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), to help facilitate meaningful change and achieve your goals.
I offer CBT/EMDR therapy for the following concerns: depression, generalised anxiety disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, social phobia, specific phobia, obsessive compulsive disorder, and separation anxiety.
I offer sessions via video call on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. I provide a free 15 minute phone consultation prior to booking an initial assessment, this enables us to jointly decide if the therapy I can offer will be of benefit to you.
