You will be able to think and have time to reflect. You will not be alone through this journey; we will be in it together to reach your goals.
There will be an initial assessment, and this will help me create the right treatment plan for you. You will be able to talk about past experiences that have maybe caused how you are feeling now, and you will be able to open up to anything that is affecting you now. You will be able to tell me what your end goal is and what you are wanting to focus on.
