I feel passionate about helping other women thrive. So, I typically work with women, who are looking to effect change in their lives. Over the years, I have worked with thousands of women, who felt stuck, with little or no control over their personal or professional lives. Some, saw their identity no longer aligning to their values, or their purpose threatened by the natural order of things like children leaving, unworkable relationships, loss of loved ones, stress at work, or hormonal changes and even traumatic experiences that left them wondering...What Next?
I help them regain control of their lives by helping them reframe their stories, shift unhelpful beliefs and better handle uncomfortable feelings. So that they, step into themselves and move forward in their lives.
