My name is Debbie and I am a professional friendly Trauma Informed, Psychodynamic Therapist, passionate about helping people in times of need, supporting clients suffering a bereavement, PTSD, complex trauma, burnout, relationship issues, pregnancy & menopause, suicide ideation, addiction, & abuse, to name but a few. I work with emergency services personnel & the charity 2Wish, supporting bereaved families.
I can help you work through difficult emotions, explore negative behaviours, offload, & help you break free from patterns of negativity, build resilience, & overcome painful memories..
Working together, you can begin to understand how to free yourself from feeling stuck in life cycles & discover how to move forward. Whatever life has thrown at you, this does not mean you have to suffer alone, I am ready to listen.
I encourage & welcome those clients who may be neurodivergent, men, women, the LGBTQ+ community, aged 18 & beyond.
I can offer you a safe, non-judgemental environment to explore whatever you bring to Counselling, providing both empathy & support.
Haresfield Counselling is set in a beautiful village location, near to J12 of the M5. There is plenty of parking, and adequately spaced sessions for privacy.
