I'm an integrative counsellor with the BACP, specialising in psychodynamic and person-centred therapy, helping people with issues such as abuse, anger management, anxiety, bereavement, depression, eating disorders, menopause, obsessions, phobias, relationship problems, low self esteem, stress and trauma. I have worked extensively with the emergency services, as well as NHS staff to overcome painful experiences, vicarious trauma and burnout. My passion is helping people in times of need, whether this is offloading, working through difficult emotions, or exploring negative behaviours.
I can help you work on any goals you may bring to our sessions, and help build resilience. I especially understand how difficult it can be for men to reach out and talk about their difficulties, however you identify I am here to share painful emotions or memories that may affecting your current life.
Whatever you bring to our counselling sessions will be unique to you, we can explore in a confidential, non-judgemental, warm and safe space. I offer face to face, telephone & online sessions.
