I’m Kinsley, I work with children from the ages of 4, using both talking & creative play based therapy. I can help if your child is suffering from anxiety, or emotional & mental health issues, attachment issues, trauma, challenging behaviours, eating issues, emotional based school avoidance & much more. I specialise in working with Autistic, ADHD & PDA Children. I offer therapeutic play therapy sessions, parent counselling sessions & parent support sessions. I help children to explore their emotions using their natural language - Play. I also use Minecraft and digital sand trays for online work. Currently only working online.
Being a parent can be challenging, it can also be lonely. As an ADHD Mother of 5 children, with Tourettes, Autism, Pathological demand avoidant profile & ADHD, I have first hand experience of the difficulties Parenting can throw at us. I offer a friendly, trusting and non judgemental space to discuss the challenges you’re facing.
Every family is different, I can help support you & your family through chaos & difficulties by tailoring support to suit your needs. I use a mixture of talking & creative therapies including sandtray, art, play & more. I offer parent support sessions using therapeutic parenting techniques helping parents to understand their child’s behaviours.
