I'm Dr Hannah Williamson, HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist. I am trained in EMDR and also draw on ideas from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS).
The approach will always be tailored to you and your goals. I can work with you on anxiety, low mood, stress, psychological trauma/PTSD, phobias, adjustment, masking and burnout, and more.
I pride myself on being compassionate, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming in all of my work.
I am able to work with adults of any age or gender. I am skilled in adapting therapy for neurodivergent individuals (Autism/ADHD), and also working with people with long-term health conditions. I am able to work with a range of mental health needs. I am happy to talk about reasonable adjustments at assessment to support your therapy experience and outcomes.
