As an HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist, I'm highly experienced in providing evidence-based therapy tailored to your individual needs. I hold expertise in treating a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, low self-esteem and low mood. I also work with people facing issues related to identity (including LGBTQ+), sex, relationships, grief and loss.
My main approaches are compassion focused therapy (CFT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative therapy and attachment-based therapies. Together, we can work collaboratively to support you in better understanding your experiences and make the meaningful changes in your life you wish to see.
