Typically clients who seek therapy with me are looking to address difficulty in their lives. They are seeking support to change how they currently experience life, to experience living in the world differently. Perhaps you are feeling stuck, sad, angry, anxious, hopeless, scared, lonely, depressed, lacking self-esteem, a loss of control, or are worried and need support in finding new ways of coping or to change your experience.

I provide Gestalt Psychotherapy in a private, safe and confidential setting in Fleet, Hampshire. You can talk openly about your thoughts, feelings, emotions, behaviours and concerns. Through exploring how you show up in the world, and why, we will increase your self-awareness and choice such that you can experience life better.

It's important to know that however you are feeling you are not alone, we all feel these ways at times. Finding a therapist you feel safe with to explore these feelings is most important. I start with an informal online introductory so you can get to know more about how I work before deciding if you want to work together.
