My name is Hannah and I am a big advocate for the powerful and positive impact knowing yourself better can have. I offer online integrative Counselling for adults in the UK and am passionate about demystifying the therapeutic process for communities who might not have had experienced with it before.
I have a special interest in the nitty gritty of difficult relationships, especially within families or groups. I have also worked with anxiety and depression, chronic and childhood illness, sexuality and eating disorders. Alongside private clients I also work in the NHS as a bereavement counsellor working with traumatic grief.
