Hi my name is Hannah. My previous background was in business management, having worked in media and television projects in London in my early career. personal experience led me to want to support with this and change my career path I found that counselling was a natural change for me to make. I now hold a level 4 in counselling, with over six years’ experience working in bereavement. this included work with Saint Mary's Hospice and Cruise bereavement care.
I'm an integrative therapist and focus on supporting you to process and unravel your challenges. Theoretically my work involves Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, Person Centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) tools. the combination of these approaches allows me to offer a safe space where you are able to talk openly & freely with no judgment.
I am a open and approachable individual who will make you feel at ease. I consider myself to be quite charismatic, with a warm and welcoming personality.
