Therapy can help you overcome the challenges you are experiencing in life and get to a place of freedom and renewed hope.
I am a qualified integrative Counsellor, this means I offer a warm and caring approach, I will not judge you or your story. I will listen deeply with compassion to understand who you are and what you are facing. I may give you a different perspective while ensuring that you feel heard and validated.I offer a reduced fee to students and young adults (18-25).
