I’m a Relate-trained specialist adult relationship counsellor with many years experience of working therapeutically with both individuals and couples. There are many and varied reasons which lead people to seek relationship counselling and I have worked with individuals and couples on a broad range of issues including; communication, bereavement, fertility, trust, intimacy, family issues – including parenting, step-families and extended families – infidelity, work and financial worries, separation and divorce. Taking the first step in seeking support can feel daunting and I will do everything I can to help you to feel at ease.
I aim to provide a safe, supportive, non-judgemental and confidential environment in which we can work collaboratively on the issues that are important to you, focussing on meeting your unique, individual needs. I welcome clients from a broad and diverse range of backgrounds, including from the LGBTQIA+ community.
I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and adhere to their code of ethics.
Individual Counselling is charged at £65 per session and Couple Counselling at £90 per session; all appointments are 50 minutes in length. Please contact me directly for further information about my current availability.
