Welcome to my private counselling practice. The benefits of counselling can be huge and I offer counselling tailored to your needs and goals. I work with adults and young people from the age of 11 years either face to face, online or via the telephone. I provide a safe, trusting, empathic environment where you understand yourself and flourish in the direction you want. In this way you can discover yourself, your aims and potential, to overcome difficult experiences, feelings or issues. Life can be painful and traumatic and I can help you find new, more positive ways to manage problems. I also offer animal assisted therapy.
I support adults and young people with issues, such as abuse, addiction, anger, anxiety, bereavement, depression, relationships and self harm. I was lead counsellor in a secondary school for two years and have experience working with neurodivergent people. I volunteered with Samaritans for over 3 years and have worked with suicidal clients
I am a friendly, compassionate, approachable person who is caring and empathic. I offer a counselling relationship that is respectful, safe, confidential and accepting of you as you are.
