Welcome. I work with adults, children and young people (aged 10-17) as a Humanistic and Integrative counsellor. When life or events feel overwhelming, it can be beneficial to explore your feelings with a counsellor - I am here to work with you to explore issues that may be affecting you. You may want to talk about a range of issues such as loss, grief, anger, anxiety, sadness, abuse or perhaps something you can't name - everyone's journey is different and together we will explore past and present situations that may feel difficult, overwhelming or confusing.
Counselling aims to empower you to make the right choices for yourself, learning more about yourself in the process. It can help you explore deep-seated fears and anxieties and help you live life more fully, increasing self-esteem and confidence.
I offer a free initial meeting where you can find out more about the counselling process and we can decide on our next steps. I look forward to hearing from you so that we can begin the counselling journey together.
