My name is Hannah. Thank you for looking at my page.
A little bit about me, I am a cognitive behavioural therapist with 20 years experience of working in the NHS as a therapist, 16 years as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. The past 6 years I have worked also as a clinical supervisor providing clinical supervision to both trainee and qualified therapists.
I have vast experience and knowledge of working with people aged 16 upwards experiencing symptoms of Depression and Anxiety, delivering NICE guideline treatment interventions. I am currently training in Interpersonal Therapy, working with individuals experiencing symptoms of Depression, working on Interpersonal Issues within relationships.
I offer a free initial 20 minute consultation to meet and discuss your current problems and hopes for therapy.
I offer sessions face to face, online and via the telephone.
