Being human can be messy. Life asks a lot of us. We navigate pressure, change, responsibility, and uncertainty about our bodies, relationships, and futures. It can be overwhelming, anxiety producing, and at times, isolating. Therapy is a place to pause and make sense of things together.
I work with young people (up to 35) who are navigating the different life changes and challenges that happen whilst entering, or at the start of, adulthood. I have extensive experience working with neurodiversity (diagnosed and not). Alongside my private practice I am a therapist in one of the UK's leading eating disorder services.
