My name is Hannah and I offer a kind, safe, highly specialised space for couples therapy and individual clients. Lots of my clients struggle with low mood, anxiety, relationships, self esteem and exploring and understanding these is the key to change. My couples are often stuck having the the same types of arguments, trapped in cycles causing distress and a breakdown in the relationship. The aim of my work is to help you explore, understand and break the patterns making you unhappy. I want you to move on from therapy feeling empowered - with new understanding, resilience and better skills to manage what has so far been difficult.
I'm a clinical psychologist which means that I'm highly skilled and trained in lots of different kinds of therapies. My couples work uses EFCT and my individual uses a blend of evidence-based models, tailored to your needs. Whether processing the past, looking forward to the future or dealing with today, I am confident that opening up is the first step.
