I love working with adults, particularly those in high pressured jobs, who have big goals and aspirations but find themselves stuck in the effects of trauma from the past. Post traumatic stress might be the result of, for example, sexual abuse in childhood, bullying, loss or family issues. I can help free you from the symptoms which can include an inability to thrive, achieve your goals, think clearly, have a positive outlook or have a zest for life. I can work with you to get you back on track quickly and safely so that you can lead a happier, healthier and more successful life.
I work with my clients to look at the blocks or obstacles arising form traumatic experiences that stop us from moving forward or that compromise our resilience. I am fully qualified to treat all types of trauma in a non-invasive, safe and effective way. My work is typically fast acting and focussed on solutions. I will however, work at your pace.
Human Givens therapy is effective in terms of time and therefore cost. It is not about going over and over old hurts and wounds but finding a positive way forward as quickly as possible.
