About
I feel passionately about working with clients who suffer with difficulties with their emotional wellbeing. These problems can cause difficulties in relationships, at work and on a person's experiences of connecting with the world around them. I work sensitively and supportively with clients who have experienced difficult life experiences such as trauma, bullying and attachment difficulties. I can help you to feel like you are moving forward in life rather than feeling stuck and directionless.
I offer a variety of bespoke therapeutic approaches based on individual need. I specialise in compassion focused (CFT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I offer both face to face and online video therapy. I can help clients to explore, understand and make sense of their difficulties and support them to learn ways of overcoming distress.
Life can feel incredibly difficult at times, and often this is out of our control. I believe in the importance of us understanding what makes us feel distressed and how to learn compassionate and non-judgemental ways of managing this. None of us are immune from struggling with our wellbeing and it takes courage to make the move towards therapy.
