I am a qualified and experienced psychotherapist offering psychodynamic therapy (both short and long term) in the form of weekly sessions of 50 minutes. My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, autism, addiction, complex trauma and PTSD, grief, domestic abuse, anger management, identity, relationship issues and personality disorders.

It can be difficult to take the step to begin seeing a new therapist. I am happy to have a discussion over the phone to go through any questions that you might have before making your choice. We would also begin by having an initial consultation where you can decide if it feels right for you to continue.
