Hello, I am a BACP registered psychotherapist. I work with clients both long and short term to support them with whatever it is they are experiencing. The focus of my work is to provide a space where you can feel comfortable discussing what is going on and find support on your journey, whether that be finding ways to cope with your current situation or exploring what led you to this point in their lives. Having a dedicated space in your life to explore how things are for you can be a huge relief.
I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space with a trained professional whose main goal is to hold a space in which clients can share their feelings. I offer person-centered therapy which places the client at the heart of the sessions, we would work together to explore how things are for you and what it is you are looking for.
Therapy is not a "one size fits all" process, which is why I believe it is important to work with your experience at the heart of our sessions.
