Starting therapy can feel overwhelming — especially when you're trying to find someone you really connect with. So let me make that first step a little easier by telling you a bit about who I am and how I work: I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, children, and families across a wide range of mental health settings. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. I work with people navigating challenges such as anxiety (including social anxiety, OCD, and phobias), low self-esteem, depression, anger, school refusal, and relationship or attachment difficulties.
I also have a strong interest working with people with suspected or diagnosed ADHD and/or Autism. Many people come to therapy after years of feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or self-critical. I offer a supportive space to explore the impact on daily life, emotions, relationships, or self-esteem and to develop strategies that honour your strengths.
Whether you’re seeking practical tools or space to explore deeper patterns, I draw on my extensive training in evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, DBT, and Schema Therapy to tailor therapy to your goals.
