I am an Integrative Counsellor and hold a BACP Accreditation. I help adults, young people and children with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, exam stress, work stress and burnout, various degrees of trauma, relationship difficulties, minority experience and many others. Having practised for 10 years now, I have experience of working across different sectors including private, public and charities. I create a positive, judgment free environment to enable my clients to achieve their therapy goals. I speak fluent Polish, so welcome clients who speak Polish too.
My office is based in a beautifully restored Old Town Hall
The large focus of my work is anxiety which results from every day situations like work, school, relationships or in some cases, from past trauma. I am able to recommend strategies which can be helpful improving the immediate quality of life while using the time in my sessions to get to the root of the problem.
