I am an individual and couple therapist specialising in supporting adults whose past difficulties and traumatic experiences affect their ability to fully engage with the present. In individual therapy, I use an integrative approach offering a reflective and non-judgemental space to explore both current experiences and their roots in earlier life. In couples therapy, I focus on identifying how each partner’s past experiences shape relational patterns, communication, and conflict, supporting couples to develop greater understanding, emotional connection, and more fulfilling ways of communicating and relating.
I am a trauma-informed therapist supporting individuals and partners to understand how past experiences shape and reflect in their present lives. I offer focused, depth-oriented work that helps reduce the impact of trauma, improve communication, and build healthier, more secure relationships.
