Do you need someone to talk too? Are you lonely, depressed or having relationship issues? Sometimes having an impartial listener can help you to see new ways of coping or overcoming the problems you are facing. As a couples counsellor my job is to help facilitate happier relationships or respectful endings. As a qualified and registered counsellor I am able to provide a safe and supportive environment to explore any issues you feel are causing difficulty in your life. I pride myself on being non-judgmental and welcome everyone, whatever your background may be, to explore ways in which to make your life better.
I offer time-limited or long term open ended counselling from my private and secure counselling room. I provide a confidential space where you can be heard with respect and without judgement. Our sessions can be carried out face-to-face, online using secure video conferencing software or by telephone.
I strongly believe people can be empowered to find their own answers. My role is to help you with issues you may be finding challenging, find clarity and enable you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself. I also work closely with couples to communicate better, work on conflict resolution and build respect within their relationship.
