As a person centred counsellor I understand that we are all different and I meet you exactly where you are, and where you need assistance. Having built up a great deal of life experience over the years I feel I understand how difficult life can be sometimes. It’s important to recognise that you aren’t alone and when you can’t see the path, that there is empathy and a compassionate space with me to realise what needs change. This can feel scary sometimes but by talking it through with the right person things can improve for the better. My aim is to take you away from difficulty, so you start to feel life to the fullest once more.
As a fully qualified counsellor specialising in person centred counselling. I offer online therapy services dedicated to improving the lives of clients in a confidential space wherever you are in the world. I specialise in solution focused therapy having built up my knowledge base volunteering in cancer and bereavement services in the local area.
My counselling method is based on tailoring compassionate support based on the wishes of the client. I offer a complimentary consultation to see how I may assist you and for you to gain insight into how we may work together. My experience of dealing with clients sensitively within local wellbeing services allows for a greater empathy within all sessions.
