I am qualified counsellor registered with the BACP and I can provide counselling in both Polish and English language. Counselling is my passion and one of strength is the ability to build a good strong rapport with my clients. . I have lot of experiences working with Domestic Violence both the perpetrators and the victims. However I have experiences working with different issues that were brought by clients to the sessions. (Please check my Specialties) . I have a regular supervision in my practice as counsellor to ensure my practice is to a high standard. I am planning to start working towards my accreditation.
I see every of my client as a unique individual and therefore I adapt my approach to their needs My basic approach is Person Centred however I use an Integrative style drawing on several approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Psychodynamic therapy, all depending on the client needs.
As the fully qualified counsellor I won't judge or tell you what to do but I will listen carefully to what you say and work alongside you at your pace to explore the issues you choose to bring to the sessions. We can also work towards you finding your own solutions. As a client you may be offered coping strategies if you wish.
