Hi, I’m H.
Its good to meet you. I offer a non-judgmental, safe and supportive space in which you are gently encouraged to explore your concerns, acknowledge feelings, unravel thoughts, gain clarity, accept, reframe, change patterns, or let go of those things that you cannot change. We can work together to find peace of mind, acknowledging your uniqueness, increase resilience, self-awareness and self-esteem.
I have lived experience of ADHD and awareness of ADHD traits. We may use strategies to deal with brain fog, inattentiveness, hyper-sensitivities, sensory overload, impulsivity, procrastination, time-blindness and executive dysfunction. We will work together to find ways to calm your mind, body & soul.
I also have extensive experience of working with anxiety, low mood, chronic lung conditions, rape/sexual abuse, trauma. LGBTIA+ and HIV communities. I am passionate about supporting good mental health. You are not broken, and do not need fixing. Focus is on self compassion, understanding and healthy coping strategies.
