Clients will be able to gain a greater understanding of past events in connection to current days worries, traumas, difficulties and emotional and mental health challenges. Through mapping out the concerns that are troubling you and reflecting upon these difficulties in relation to yourself, your experiences and close relationships, different opportunities for moving forward can become visible and possible. Many of my clients have complex issues, which they have not been able to make sense of, for understandable reasons. This respectful and appreciative space can allow you time to process things, and to re-engage with hope again.
I use a systemic relational approach to explore concerns presented, in addition to using other relevant ideas e.g. narrative, attachment and trauma ideas, in addition to AIT and NVR . I work with individuals, couples/parents and families using a mixture of different kinds of sessions, according to issues wanting to be addressed in collaboration with you.
Family relationships are some of the most influential relationships that we experience in our lives, and are something that affects us all in different ways.
