Just like our physical health, everyone has times when their mental wellbeing is not at its best.
I work as a person centred counsellor and solution focused hypnotherapist. As a counsellor, my primary role is to listen to you and help you explore your thoughts and feelings. Solution focused hypnotherapy works in a more structured and proactive way. Both can be very effective, I'm happy to discuss which approach would be right for you and your situation.
Please note that hypnotherapy sessions are priced at £80. I work online via Zoom, and in person (including an option for walk and talk therapy) in North Cambridge.
