I offer a warm, down-to-earth space for people who feel stuck, blocked or exhausted by patterns they can't shift: anxiety, depression, relationships, identity, or the weight of a world that wasn't quite built for you. I work with LGBTQ+ people, creatives and neurodivergent adults, but you don't need a label to get in touch. Men who aren't sure therapy is for them are also welcome. As an integrative therapist I combine person-centred warmth with psychodynamic depth, helping you feel heard while making sense of how your past shapes your present. I'll be on your side, and push back when it seems useful, gently but genuinely.

I spent 20 years in music and arts education before training as a therapist and I understand creative life from the inside. I also work with people navigating neurodivergence, exploring what's authentically them versus what's been masking.

You don't need to have it all figured out before getting in touch. Therapy can start with just a feeling that something needs to change. I offer a free 20-minute introductory call — no pressure, just a chance to talk about what's going on and see if we feel like a good fit. Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to carry it alone.
