I am a registered mental health professional with a first degree in psychology and an MSc in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I continue to work in the NHS as a Mental Health Nurse and have a small private practice seeing clients online and in person for CBT therapy. I have a particular focus on Schema Therapy which helps people address unhelpful patterns of thinking feeling and behaving developed through early childhood experiences. I help clients with a range of difficulties, such as relationship problems, low mood and self-esteem, anxiety related issues and general malaise or discontent.
I have chosen to offer half my available slots at the lowest possible rate I can afford, as a political statement in the current climate of low wages and people's limited access to NHS talking therapies.
