I am a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor, a HCPC-registered Arts Therapist, working in the NHS alongside my private practice. I offer a warm, supportive space where people feel heard, respected, and understood. I work creatively and flexibly, which can be especially helpful when feelings are hard to put into words. Using creative approaches alongside talking therapy can open up new ways of understanding experiences and emotions. My approach is client-centred and non-judgmental, grounded in empathy and unconditional positive regard. I view difficulties not as personal flaws, but as signs of blocked growth and internal conflicts
Therapy as a space to reconnect, heal, and move towards a more fulfilling life, grounded in a strong and supportive therapeutic relationship, this foundation, I work thoughtfully with difficulties including mood and personality disorders, addiction and substance misuse, perfectionism, attachment-related issues, anxiety and OCD, trauma, grief, loss and shame.
I offer a safe and nurturing environment for internal conflicts to unfold. Working within the NHS has given me experience of supporting people and understand that choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and that feeling comfortable and supported is essential.
