About
Feeling stuck, stressed or sad can often be confusing, especially if life is generally okay. My job is to help you unpack any lingering difficulties which are causing a current problem in a way that is clear, manageable and meaningful to you in light of your current values and aims. We will aim to make your understanding about current struggles clearer, process any difficult thoughts or memories, help you to feel more in control and create internal resources for you.
I use EMDR as my main approach, with CBT or ACT to compliment the work. I understand that one therapy format does not suit everybody so I offer various formats of therapy. 1) Weekly sessions; 2) A half day EMDR intensive session; 3) 3-day EMDR intensive sessions; 4) A 6-session Performance Coaching package. Please touch base for more information about these
I am mindful that emotional pain can lead to anxiety, rumination and low mood. A lot of people I see cope with this emotional weight through activities which bring short term relief but lead to long terms feelings of shame. I am here to support you through this. There is no judgement from me. Let's work together to relieve your emotional pain.
