Perhaps you need to talk to someone to gain insight and understanding of your thoughts, feelings, behaviour or relationships and find ways to manage them better. It could be past issues that you may feel are still affecting your life in the present and may continue to do so in the future; or a current issue that is difficult to deal with. I use psychodynamic and psychoanalytic approaches to therapy. I also offer Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT) which is a 16 session model.
I offer a space that is confidential and empathic. We will work together to understand the core themes that you bring to help you deal with them better and progress in your life. This process involves uncovering patterns, making links, gaining insights and becoming more aware of what is really going on in yourself. I work over short and long terms.
Finding a therapist can be anxiety provoking and the start of the search is significant. I provide a safe and empathic space for you to talk about what concerns you and what are you looking for. I work mainly in Willesden Green NW2 and online and I have few spaces in Southwark SE1
