Is anxiety overwhelming you? Do you feel stuck or depressed? Have you lost your sense of purpose or direction? Are you struggling to live with trauma or loss? Are you ready to talk but feel you can't or you don't know where to start? I can help.

I'm Sue and I am a qualified counsellor. I support over 18's who have experienced historical sexual, physical and emotional abuse, bereavement, depression and anxiety. I have lived experience of involuntary childlessness, adoption and the effects drug addiction has on a family. I offer short and long term therapy, in person, online or telephone.

If you feel that you would like someone to talk to, who is warm, empathic and will not judge you, then please get in touch. Thoughts and feelings you feel unable to share with anyone else can be explored in confidence. which will help you to understand yourself more, reflect on your feelings and find hope in a way forward.
