I'm Guin, I work with people who feel stuck in old patterns: anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or carrying far too much for far too long. My approach is relational, attachment-focused and informed by IFS. Together we explore how past experiences shape your present relationships, emotions and inner conflicts. The aim is to deepen self-understanding, process what’s been painful, and help you move towards a more grounded, authentic way of being.

I specialise in helping people who feel overwhelmed, self-critical or caught in repeating relationship patterns. I offer clear, relational therapy where we explore what’s underneath your struggles and find steadier ways to navigate life.
