I am a Counselling Psychologist with over 7 years worth of experience working with people on their mental health problems. I am highly skilled in offering and usually work with people who have experienced trauma (PTSD), depression, anxiety, eating disorders, relationship problems, low self-esteem and confidence or problems at work.
