If you would like someone to listen to you and help you find ways to manage your emotional issues such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, trauma or difficult life events then counselling can help. I work with young people and adults in private practise situated in Aylesbury and Thame. I offer a confidential non-judgemental safe and comfortable environment, allowing my client's to express and explore themselves, their feelings, thoughts and concerns.
My practise is Neuro-affirming offering counselling for Autistic and ADHD clients. I work with those that have been diagnosed and those that would like to explore their identity.

As a integrative counsellor I use different theoretical models as appropriate to each individual's needs, which enables me to work with clients short and long term.
I work from comfortable rooms based in Aylesbury and Thame that are easy to access. If you would like to meet me and have an initial chat and to see how you feel please contact me. Once the initial meeting has taken place it can feel much more comfortable.
