I work with adults of all ages, genders, ethnicities and backgrounds. I have personal interest and experience working across neurodiversity, trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, family conflict and sexual abuse.
I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Person Centered Counselling from the University of Aberdeen. I am also a member of BACP meaning I work to the standards and ethical code set out by this professional body.
Person Centered therapy stems from three core principles: authenticity, positive attitude and acceptance of individuals as they actually are. This means I am authentic and genuine with my clients. I look beyond behaviours to the person you are underneath and offer a non-judgemental space.
