I work in a person centred way using my core skills to make a therapeutic relationship that supports the client in session, I also use a range of techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Parts work in a person centred trauma informed way allowing you to take back control and find peace throughout your life.
